based on our freind site manager i tried calling for free from reliance
its truely working when there no internet connection available
you try as much as you can
you can't be connected to internet
then dial any number in UP east circle it will go free of cost
in my sim timmings were 10:20pm to 10:38pm
you may try it also yourself
but keep in mind only working in UP east circle
different sims have different timming.
